Knife sharpening is currently handled by physically delivering your items to the store. We’ll sharpen your knives over the next few days and then send them back to you. Or you can come pick them up in person.
Yes, as long as we have not yet shipped your order, you can call our store or send us an email at [email protected] explaining the nature of your cancellation. We will reimburse your card and cancel the shipment if received in time.
If we do not receive your cancellation notice in time, you will have to complete the process for returning an item. We only accept returned items that have not been opened.
It can take 5-8 business days for your package to shipped and arrive at your door. We partner with the USPS and other major parcel carriers to get your products to you quickly. No matter how you ship, you’ll receive a tracking number in your inbox as soon as your package goes out.
We currently ship to domestic US addresses and Canada. We plan on supporting additional shipping locations in the future. If you would like to inquire about shipping a product internationally, please send us a message at [email protected].
We are happy to say that we offer free shipping on all orders with a minimum purchase of $50 or more.
