Collection: Nakiyo Teak San Mai

Teak San Mai knives are forged exclusively for Seattle Cutlery by Tojiro in Tsubame, Japan. Using the same premium blades as the Tojiro Zen series, they feature durable handles crafted from teak with a ferrule of water buffalo horn. The blade is forged in the centuries-old san mai ("three-layer") style, combining the strength and edge retention of a hardened VG10 cobalt-alloy core steel with the protection and flexibility of a corrosion-resistant 13 chrome stainless jacket.
