Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges
To start a return, you can contact us at business@seacut.com. If you wish to exchange an item for something else, please let us know in your email. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. After receiving the item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original, unused condition, then let you know whether a refund is approved.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, the payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take a few more days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at business@seacut.com.
Note that while the purchase price of a returned item, and any taxes paid thereon, will be refunded in whole, original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of an error on the part of Seattle Cutlery, we will assume responsibility for any shipping costs involved in the return or exchange process.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
