Nakiyo Edge Guard

Nakiyo Edge Guards keep your knives protected—and everything else protected from them—in your knife roll, a kitchen drawer, or anywhere else. They are constructed from durable ABS and lined with felt to prevent scratches. The edge guard need not cover the full width of the blade, but make sure it's at least as long as the edge.

Size Guide

120 × 25 mm (4.7" × 1.0"): Paring, peeling, and petty knives.

160 × 32 mm (6.3" × 1.3"): Utility, boning, steak, and small chef's knives.

215 × 32 mm (8.5" × 1.3"): Most chef's knives and small slicers.

215 × 50 mm (8.5" × 2.0"): Vegetable choppers and chef's knives.

270 × 32 mm (10.6" × 1.3"): Slicing, carving, and bread knives.

265 × 55 mm (10.4" × 2.2"): Large chef's knives.
