Magnolia knives are forged exclusively for Seattle Cutlery by Tojiro in Tsubame, Japan. Using the same state-of-the-art blades as the Tojiro Shippu series, they feature comfortable handles crafted from Japanese magnolia with a ferrule of water buffalo horn. The blade combines VG-10 cobalt-alloy core steel with a jacket of legendary Damascus steel to take your kitchen to the next level. Slightly harder and lighter than the San Mai series, Damascus knives boast supreme performance and edge retention.
